No expense was spared in updating this property into the contemporary townhome it is now. The living room greets you as you enter the entry with a wood-burning fireplace, flat-screen TV, and ample seating. The first floor has a beautiful open floor plan, including the kitchen, dining room with seating for 6, and inviting living room. The primary bedroom is on the second floor and has a Juliet balcony allowing you to take in views of Aspen Mountain. Also accompanying the master is a walk-in closet, private en-suite bathroom, desk area, and a flat-screen TV. The other two bedrooms each have their own en-suite bathroom and flat-screen televisions. The 3rd floor is a media room that can conveniently convert to a fourth bedroom with a queen sleeper. This is the best sleeper available, with no springs in the mattress.

All of our reservations are non-refundable. We would offer travel insurance to cover your vacation if you did need to cancel. If you must cancel and do not have travel insurance, we will try to re-rent the property for your stay and refund any net proceeds we receive from the new rental reservation. Refunds will generally be made 30 days after the rental period with the new rental.
